MoCo Police Rescue Deer Stuck in a Gate (VIDEO)

UPDATED In this Montgomery County Police video, watch Sgt. Phillip Chapin of the Montgomery County Police Department’s 2nd district free a deer that was stuck in a residential gate on South Glen Road in Potomac earlier this week. Sgt. Chapin is assisted by a United States Postal Service (USPS) mail carrier and several concerned residents.
