From dips and dressings to beer, bourbon and fruits and vegetables, the 20-page publication showcases the food and beverages produced on farms and in commercial kitchens in Montgomery County, or by businesses headquartered here.

More than 15 Montgomery County producers will participate in Meet the Locals, including Caulfield Provision Co., Chouquette Chocolates, Denizens Brewing Co., Dress It Up Dressing, Favor Ceylon Tea, MeatCrafters Inc., Moorenko’s Ice Cream, Seedy Nutty Co., Stone Soup Catering, Sunflower Bakery, Swiss Pastries Inc., The Red Bandana Bakery, True Respite Brewing Co., Tsiona Foods and Waredaca Brewing Co.

Dawson’s, at 225 N. Washington St., stocks products from local farms and food and beverage companies.

The “MoCo Made” brand and logo were created in partnership with the Montgomery County Food Council and the Montgomery County Economic Development Corp.

The council is an independent nonprofit organization that connects businesses, nonprofits, government agencies and concerned residents to help create a sustainable local food system. The MCEDC is a public-private entity that guides the county’s economic development.
