Lisa Dieter, reported missing on Nov. 29 from the 600 block of University Blvd East in Silver Spring, has been located unharmed.

Montgomery County police need your help to locate a missing Silver Spring woman who was last seen on Thanksgiving.

Police say Lisa Dieter, age 44, of the 600 block of University Blvd East, was last seen leaving her residence at approximately 10:30 a.m. on Nov. 28.

According to police, Dieter left on foot and stated that she was going to a local store. She never returned to her residence, police said, and she does not have access to a vehicle. Police said she is familiar with public transportation.

Dieter was last seen wearing an oversized black jacket with fur on the hood, a brown sweater, black jeans, and white sneakers. She was carrying a purple backpack when last seen. She is described as 5’11″ tall, weighing 170 pounds with blue eyes and blond hair. She has a tattoo of a butterfly on her neck.

Police are concerned for her welfare and mental well-being. She is in need of medication that she does not have with her, according to a police statement.
