Essence Bailey has been located safe and unharmed.
Essence Bailey, age 12, of the 13000 block of Castle Boulevard in Silver Spring was last seen on Wednesday, June 12 at approximately 4:00 p.m. Essence is described as a black female, 5’02” tall, and weighing 125 pounds. She has short, black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a pink bandana on her head.
Police and family are concerned for Bailey’s welfare due to her age and the fact that she has not been seen or heard from since Wednesday.
