Ethan Seth Williams of the 18000 block of Old Baltimore Road in Olney, has been located unharmed. Police would like to thank those who publicized this case.

Montgomery County detectives from the 4th District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a man missing from Olney.

Ethan Seth Williams, age 27, of the 18000 block of Old Baltimore Road in Olney, was last seen leaving his residence at 9:30 p.m. on October 31. Williams is described as an African American male, 5’10″ tall, 180 pounds with a shaved head and a mustache. He was wearing a black dress shirt, red tie, black dress pants, and black boots. He was also carrying a dark gray pullover hoodie.

Police and family are concerned for Williams’ welfare and his mental well being.
