MCPS Six Year Construction Plan Requires $1.72 Billion (VIDEO)

Interim Superintendent Larry Bowers has unveiled his $1.72 billion construction plan for Montgomery County Public Schools which represents a $172 million increase over the current six year CIP. At a news conference at Seneca Valley High School, Bowers said it is imperative for state and local leaders to understand the county’s significant capital needs because of the district’s rapid enrollment growth.
