MCPL Kicks off Summer Reading Program

Montgomery County Public Libraries’ has launched its summer reading and learning program.

The challenge, which runs until Sept. 9,  allows participants to earn prizes as they complete activities or read books.

The goal of the library system’s summer read program is to keep students learning while on their vacation to help them retain the information they learned throughout the school year.

Registration is open to MCPL library card holders ages 0-17.
