Kojo Nnamdi and Tom Sherwood Moderate CE Forum with Floreen, Ficker and Elrich
The three candidates running for Montgomery County executive will appeared in a forum at Montgomery Community Media (MCM) Studios Monday, Oct. 1.

The candidates — Marc Elrich (D), Robin Ficker (R), and Nancy Floreen (I) — seek the seat held by Ike Leggett, who will leave office in December after serving three terms.
Kojo Nnamdi, host of WAMU’s “The Politics Hour,” joined veteran local political reporter Tom Sherwood as a moderator for the forum.
Nnamdi anchors “The Politics Hour,” and shares the microphone with resident political analyst Tom Sherwood. Tom is a former political reporter for NBC4 and The Washington Post.
Kelly Leonard, facilitator and executive producer of MCM’s monthly Small Business Network event, was the host of the forum.
The County Executive Forum broadcast live on MCM Channels 19, 21 and 995 HD and live-streamed at mcmlive.org, from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Oct. 1. The forum is available to watch on demand here on MyMCMedia.org.
