Merlyn Reineke, executive director of Montgomery Community Media, addressed the Montgomery County Council at the fiscal year 2014 budget public hearing on April 11. Reineke provided the council a synopsis of milestones achieved this year, noted the challenges and opportunities offered by the new social media technologies and looked to the future as well.
