MoCo Animal Shelter Puts Several Confiscated Dogs Up for Adoption, MCPAW Asks for Donations (VIDEO)
On New Year’s Day, officers with Montgomery County’s Animal Services Division seized 66 dogs from a Rockville area home. This week, some of those dogs were put up for adoption at the Montgomery County Animal Services and Adoption Center (MCASAC). MyMCMedia’s Sonya Burke reports.
Sadly, officials said three of the 66 dogs had to be humanely euthanized because of severe medical conditions.
According to an email from MCPAW, another 20 of the 66 dogs would be considered highly adoptable if they receive additional medical care. MCPAW is hoping to raise an additional $5,000 on behalf of these dogs. You can donate, here.
