MC-311 on Twitter (Video)

Are you on Twitter? Montgomery County’s 3-1-1 customer service center has launched a Twitter account that provides residents with non emergency county government information and residents can request services via Twitter. What this means is that you can now Tweet MC-3-1-1 with a question or a request for service and you will receive a response. Tweets are monitored Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
