Police Chief Manger Wants to Prevent Adults from Buying Alcohol for Minors (VIDEO)

Montgomery County Police Chief Tom Manger attend a groundbreaking ceremony for the new 2nd District Police Station in Bethesda. MyMCMedia had the chance to ask Chief Manger about “Alex and Calvin’s Law”. Under the proposed law, adults who serve alcohol to minors could face jail time up to one year and a fine of $5,000.
