MCPD Chief Talks to CBS About How Hard It Is to Predict Active Shooters
Montgomery County Police Chief Tom Manger was featured on CBS News recently talking about law enforcement’s efforts to identify potential active shooters.
“We’ve yet to find this checklist of red flags or indicators that is really detailed enough and sophisticated enough for us to say we need to worry about this individual because he meets so many of these criteria,” Manger said.
