Loretta Jean Garcia (D): Montgomery County Budget Shortfall
Montgomery County Council candidate Loretta Jean Garcia answered questions from members of three development groups at a forum held in Rockville on Jan. 24. Garcia responds to a question about the County’s current budget shortfall.
The three organizations that hosted the forum were the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors, the Maryland Building Industry Association, and the Apartment and Office Building Association.
The five candidates were Marilyn Balcombe, Charles Barkley, Loretta Jean Garcia, Seth Grimes, and Ashwani Jain.
