Local Officials Unveil Noah’s Law Stamp (VIDEO)

Just hours before Noah’s Law went into effect on Oct. 1st, local officials unveiled a stamp that will be affixed to ignition interlock devices across Maryland as a reminder that Officer Noah Leotta is still on patrol.
