Local Korean Organizations Thank Leggett for FY15 Grants (Video)

The Korean community publicly thanked Montgomery County Executive Ike Legget for including in his FY15 recommended budget, community grants and Department of Health and Human Services assistance to four community organizations totaling $543,301.

In this MyMCMedia Extra, the County Executive and members of the Korean community explain the importance of the grant money for Korean residents living in Montgomery County.

Representatives from those organizations – the Korean Association of the State of Maryland, the Korean-American Association of Washington Metropolitan Area, the Korean Community Service Center of Greater Washington and the Korean-American Senior Citizens Association – met with Leggett in the County Executive Office Building on March 21.
