The local rock band Lloyd Dobler Effect (LDE) presents two performances Dec. 21 at 5 and 8:30 p.m. at the BlackRock Center for the Arts. The band named for the iconic character in the 80’s film Say Anything has gained a stellar reputation on the national college circuit and worldwide music scene as the next great band to watch. LDE is a group of full time touring musicians having shared the stage with music greats such as Santana, Jane’s Addiction, Enimem and many more. LDE’s multi-layered and upbeat music showcases their universal appeal to both mainstream modern rock lovers and culturally diverse audiences. With a holiday theme, and an appearance from Santa, fans of 80s, 90s and holiday hits do not want to miss this show.
