Linkages To Learning Celebrates 20th Anniversary (Video)

Linkages to Learning a program intended to help students break through non-academic barriers to success in school, recently celebrated its 20 year anniversary. A former client, and current volunteer, Noemi Sanchez spoke about how the program impacted her life.

Linkages is a collaborative effort among the Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services, the Montgomery County Public Schools and non-profit community organizations. BOE President Christopher Barclay thanked the many “Champions” who maintain the effort including former County Council member Michael Subin who founded the program. Take a look.
