Lights! Camera! Action! Montgomery County Gets Its Own International Film Festival

Thanks to Karina Hou and Margaret Sha, you now don’t need to travel all the way to Cannes, France or Park City, Utah to attend an independent, international film festival. The Montgomery International Film Festival, featuring many highly acclaimed films and panel discussions, debuts at the Rio in Gaithersburg this Sunday and the co-chairs could not be more proud and excited.
