Leventhal Talks Pepco, the State Budget and Silver Spring Transit Center at News Briefing (VIDEO)

Montgomery County Council President George Leventhal held a briefing on Monday where he discussed the Large County Caucus, the Pepco merger and the vote on the Silver Spring Transit Center.
