Leggett Testifies in Annapolis for School Construction Funding (VIDEO)

Montgomery County Executive Isiah Leggett returned to Annapolis last week to request additional funding for school construction. Executive Leggett testified before the Senate’s Budget and Taxation Committee on Senate Bill 228 which would establish an additional matching school construction revenue stream for Montgomery County Public Schools.
