Leggett, Others Pledge Opportunities for People Who Live, Work and Invest in Purple Line

County Executive Ike Leggett, Prince George’s County Executive Rushern Baker and other leaders met at the University of Maryland on Tuesday morning to pledge their commitment to help the people who live and work along the Purple Line find opportunities.

The community development agreement has four goals: to support and grow local businesses; to build a thriving labor market; to ensure housing choices for all; and to support vibrant, sustainable communities.
