Leggett Hosts First Budget Forum in Silver Spring (VIDEO)
Montgomery County Executive Isiah Leggett held the first of five budget forums Jan. 6th in Silver Spring. The purpose of these forums is to seek input from residents about the Fiscal Year 2017 Operating Budget.
