Leggett Addresses Attendees at Employment Expo (VIDEO)

Montgomery County Executive Isiah Leggett helped kick off the 50+ Employment Expo at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel this week. The event was organized by the Jewish Council for the Aging and its objective is to create age friendly work places. Older adults are becoming an increasingly important labor source. The Bureau of Labor statistics indicate by 2020 that one out of every four working individuals will be 55 or older.
