Leaf Collection Underway (Video)
Montgomery County Highway crews have begun their leaf collection and will make two passes through each street. Posted signs will announce the collection dates for various neighborhoods. The green sign indicates the date of the first collection and a red sign shows the date of the final leaf collection.
Tom Pogue, Montgomery County’s Department of Transportation Community Manager asks residents not to rake leaves into the street or add other debris to the leaf piles. Leaves should be placed on the grass adjacent to the road. Get the details in this short video.
