Kentlands Clubhouse Reports Biggest Turnout in Gaithersburg at Midday

It’s Election Day in the city of Gaithersburg and so far the biggest turnout has been at the Kentlands Clubhouse, according to City Attorney Lynn Board.

Board said at 3 p.m. there had been 432 votes cast at the Kentlands Clubhouse. That compares to 395 at Potomac Oaks Clubhouse, 236 at Gaithersburg City Hall, 232 at Izaak Walton League, 232 at Asbury Methodist Village and 211 at Villa Ridge Community Room.

Voters are electing a new mayor and three City Councilmembers today.

If you haven’t voted, there’s still time. The polls remain open until 8 p.m. tonight.
