The Maryland State House Judiciary Committee unanimously approved, “Noah’s Law” on March 3. The law is named after Officer Noah Leotta, who was killed in a collision on Dec. 3, 2015. A version of “Noah’s Law” will be reviewed by the Maryland State Senate’s Judiciary Committee this week.
