Isiah Leggett Guest on Next “Montgomery Mosaic” Radio Show

Montgomery County Executive Ike Leggett will be the featured guest on the County’s next “Montgomery Mosaic” radio show on WOL-Radio 1450 AM. The show will air live on Dec. 10, from 10:30 – 11 a.m. Leggett will discuss his accomplishments during his first two terms and goals for his third term. Leggett will address his desire to create a stronger business environment in the County and his six-point economic plan that was announced in his Inaugural speech.

The half-hour monthly radio show was launched in October 2013 to extend the reach of the County’s cable television show, “Mosaic: An African-American Perspective,” to a broader audience. The series airs live on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month, providing interviews with local elected officials and community leaders about topics of interest to the African American community.

The radio show is broadcast from the Radio One studios at 8515 Georgia Avenue in downtown Silver Spring. The show is also streamed live on http://WOLDCnews.com, and archived shows can be found on http://www.montgomerycountymd.gov/exec/media/Mosaic.html.
