Inauguration of the County Executive (VIDEO)

Montgomery County Executive Ike Leggett joined County Council members for the Inaugural Ceremony at Richard Montgomery High School on Dec. 1 n Rockville.

During his inaugural address, the County Executive unveiled a six-point economic plan to move the county forward.
