Pepco has been under fire for some of its communication with customers following recent power outages and on July 19 in front of the County Council, Pepco President Thomas Graham himself struggled with his opening statement that included some double negatives. Council President Roger Berliner tried to help Graham before the crowd responded with a chorus of “what?” Take a look.

Later in the meeting, Graham took a “mulligan” and revised his opening remarks again.
