Connecting Our Community: Transitioning From School to Work (VIDEO)

Do you know of someone with special needs that will be transitioning from school into the workforce and independent living? This episode of Connecting Our Community is both inspiring and information packed with guests from different non-profits involved with the Transition Work Group.

For half of the show, host Pat Shoemaker speaks with Nicolette Stearns, the Co-Founder of ArtStream, and Terrel Limerick, who was just named Athlete of the Year by the Special Olympics, their highest honor!

On the other half of the show, Pat speaks with Marta Boharguez a bilingual Employment Development Specialist with the JSSA, The Jewish Social Service Agency.
