Hogan on FBI HQ Decision: ‘Typical Washington’

Gov. Larry Hogan called the decision to halt the project to build a new FBI headquarters “typical Washington” on Tuesday when he met with reporters in Gaithersburg.

For years, Maryland had been vying to be the site for FBI HQ, promoting sites in Prince George’s County.

On Tuesday, the project was halted.

Here’s Hogan’s response:

County Executive Ike Leggett said the decision was a shock. “To pull the plug at this late date is puzzling,” he said.
