Hogan, Elrich to Tour Germantown Mass Vaccination Site Wednesday

Gov. Larry Hogan is visiting the mass vaccination site at the Montgomery College campus in Germantown Wednesday afternoon.

Hogan will be joined by County Executive Marc Elrich, U.S. Rep. David Trone (D-Md. 6), Maryland Secretary of Health Dennis Schrader,  Maryland National Guard Brig. Gen. Janeen Birckhead, County Council President Tom Hucker and more.

The mass vaccination site is currently operating using the county’s allocated doses of COVID-19 vaccines. Starting Thursday, the site will officially be considered a state-run mass vaccination site for any Marylander over the age of 16. People can preregister for appointments online.
