Hogan Administration Breaks Ground for Brookeville Bypass
Maryland Governor Larry Hogan joined Maryland Transportation Secretary Peter Rahn to announce the reconstruction of the Brookville bypass Tuesday afternoon.
Officials said this new road project will mean less time in the car for commuters.
“Drivers consistently face delays and congestion when navigating the current narrow, and two-lane roadway through this historic Maryland town,” said Hogan. “Fortunately, that’s all about to change with this much needed project that we’re breaking ground on today.”
