Healthy Montgomery Seeks Public Input on Community Health Improvement Plan
The Healthy Montgomery Steering Committee is seeking the public’s input on the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP), according to a news release.
Feedback provided to CHIP will help guide the priorities of Healthy Montgomery for the next three years.
Healthy Montgomery was launched back in 2009 that brings together the county’s government agencies, the five community hospitals, minority health programs, advocacy groups and academic institutions to develop action plans to improve the health and well-being for residents.
Residents are invited to provide comments by June 30. Click here for to submit comments for the survey.
