Health Warning at Local Lakes at Rock Creek Regional Park (VIDEO)

Montgomery County Parks officials are warning visitors to avoid direct contact with the water at Lake Frank and Lake Needwood at Rock Creek Regional Park because of elevated levels of a toxic substance. MyMCMedia’s Sonya Burke reports.
