International Women’s Day (Video)
It’s International Women’s Day (March 8) which has been observed since the early 1900’s. Thousands of events are held throughout the world to inspire women and celebrate achievements. In honor of International Women’s Day, a few members of Governor Martin O’Malley’s administration recorded a video with inspirational words for young women. Take a look.
