UPDATED: NWS Issues Flash Flood Warning, Hail Falls in Parts of MoCo (VIDEO)
UPDATED The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Warning until 12:30 a.m. for parts of Montgomery County.
According to the NWS, emergency management officials have reported ongoing rescues with cars stalled in standing water in Montgomery County.
Emergency Communications has declared a “condition red” because of the high call volume for water rescues and poles down.

The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for Montgomery County until 10 p.m. Monday night.
This evening’s severe weather has included heavy rain, hail and gusty winds in Montgomery County.
On his Twitter account, Fire and Rescue Spokesperson Pete Piringer reported hail in the Tower Oaks area of Rockville. He said several cars were damaged.
