Habitat For Humanity Metro Maryland Celebrates National Women Build Week (VIDEO)
In honor of National Women Build Week, more than 25 teams of volunteers in Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties are teaming up with Habitat for Humanity Metro Maryland to build decent and affordable housing.
In 2008, Lowe’s helped to launch National Women Build Week to empower women to advocate for affordable housing.
More than 17,000 women are expected to volunteer at construction sites for this year’s campaign.
