Governor Orders Flags to Half Staff (Photo)

Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley has ordered the United States Flag and the Maryland State Flag to be flown at half-staff on Sept. 11 from sunrise to sunset.

This is in honor of Patriot Day, in respect and memory of the victims who died as a result of the terrorist attacks against the United States on Sept. 11, 2001.
