Glen Echo Celebrates Labor Day Weekend

Glen Echo Park is hosting a full schedule of activities over Labor Day weekend. The 43rd Annual Labor Day Art Show will take place in the Spanish Ballroom featuring photography, painting, ceramics, jewelry, glass, textiles and more. The opening reception will take place on August 31 at 7 p.m., many artists are expected to attend. The Show will be open noon to 6 p.m. from September 1 – 2. The Irish Music & Dance Showcase will take place in the Bumper Car Pavilion from 1 to 6 p.m. on September 1 – 2. The show features performers Billy McComiskey & Donna Long and many more. For details, visit Glen Echo Park’s Irish Music & Dance Showcase.
