Gilchrist Center Announces Summer Classes

The Gilchrist Center for Cultural Diversity, Montgomery County’s official welcome center for immigrants and new residents, has announced its summer 2015 classes and programs.

Among the classes offered are citizenship preparations, basic computer training and more.

The center has offices in Germantown, Gaithersburg, Wheaton, and Silver Spring.

Germantown office also offers pro bono legal clinics while Wheaton office has job search workshops.

Free classes:
• English;
• Basic computers for beginners;
• Citizenship preparation;
• Computer skills for the workplace;
• Food safety.
