GGCC Conducts Ribbon Cutting for Nothing Bundt Cakes (PHOTO)

The Gaithersburg-Germantown Chamber of Commerce (GGCC) was delighted to support Nothing Bundt Cakes celebrate their grand opening by conducting a “Ribbon Cutting” Ceremony for them on Friday, January 29. Nothing Bundt Cakes is located at 12133 Darnestown Road in Gaithersburg.

On January 29^th, 20 % of the Nothing Bundt Cakes proceeds were donated to HIPPY USA (Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters ). HIPPY partners with parents to prepare children for success in school, particularly those most at risk because of poverty, limited education and English proficiency.

The GGCC is active in providing business-to-business networking opportunities throughout the year: a collective voice in local, regional, and state legislative affairs, professional development opportunities and other services that enhance the business environment.

Laura is the Director of Events & Marketing for the Gaithersburg-Germantown Chamber of Commerce - a member-based organization of businesses that have joined together for the purpose of promoting the civic, commercial and industrial progress in our communities. Lastly, I coordinate all marketing and communication efforts of the GGCC including weekly email blasts, its quarterly newsletter, all social media platforms, media relations and community outreach.
