Get Your Green On!

Gaithersburg will celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with a traditional Parade on Saturday, Mar. 16 from 10 a.m. to noon. The parade will take place at the Washingtonian Center (I-370 and Washingtonian Boulevard) and will include Celtic dancers, bagpipe bands, clowns, fire trucks and much more. After the parade, there will be live entertainment on the Lakefront Plaza until 1 p.m. The Grand Marshal for the parade is Stanley J. Alster, 2012 Gaithersburg Distinguished Citizen.

The parade is hosted by Gaithersburg City in partnership with the Harp and Shamrock Society of Gaithersburg, The Peterson Companies and Washingtonian Center.
