Galvan at Twinbrook Update (PHOTOS)
The JBG Companies has announced the signing of three new retailers at Galvan at Twinbrook, a new mixed-use community under construction on Rockville Pike. Pie 360, Dunkin Donuts and Floyd’s 99 Barbershop will join anchors Safeway and Ethan Allen Design Center in this upscale apartment community adjacent to the Twinbrook Metro.
Galvan at Twinbrook is slated to open later this year. It will have a ground floor Safeway and new fast-casual restaurants including Capriotti’s and Smashburger.
On Tuesday, as a thank you to the hundreds of construction workers on site, the developer The JBG Companies, brought the workers from Davis Construction 480 slices of pizza, 180 sub slices, six trays of pasta and hundreds of very cold drinks. The pizza came from Coal Fire, whose new build-your-own-pizza venture Pie 360, will also be a new tenant once the building is opened.
