Market Square Plaza
City staff has obtained final signatures on the Deed from Kentlands II, LLC to the city for the Market Square Plaza in downtown Kentlands so that the city now has ownership of the parcel.

National Youth Sport Recognition
The city of Gaithersburg was recognized by the National Alliance For Youth Sports for its commitment to providing a safe, positive and high quality sports experience for youth at the Youth Sports Congress in New Orleans. The city has been a member of NAYS (formerly the National Youth Sports Coaches Association) since its inception in 1981.

Pepco
The City filed a Petition to Intervene in Public Service Commission 9311 in which Pepco is seeking rate increases.
