Bethesda resident Don Mooers, host of Montgomery Week In Review, said he’s thinking about attending the July 19 Pepco debriefing at the Council Council Office Building next week. Like many Montgomery County residents, Mooers lived for days without electricity in his Burning Tree neighborhood and today he wants to know Pepco’s plan to ensure reliable electricity in the future.
