Flower Power: Peonies are in Bloom at Seneca Creek State Park (Video)

Peonies are in full bloom at this time of year and at Seneca Creek State Park in Gaithersburg there is a small garden that contains a historic collection of the fragrant flowers. Susan Kenedy reports.
