Flags Fly at Half-Staff to Honor Lives Lost to Covid-19

Flags around the county are flying at half-staff  to mourn the loss of Montgomery County residents due to COVID-19.

County executive Marc Elrich announced the move on Feb. 26.

Since the arrival of the pandemic, Montgomery County has lost 1,363 residents.  The first COVID-related death in Montgomery County took place on March 21.
