Flags at Half Staff
In accordance with President Barack Obama’s proclamation, Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley has ordered that the United States Flag and the Maryland State Flag be flown at half-staff on Wednesday, May 15 from sunrise to sunset in honor of Peace Officers Memorial Day.
